We are seeking VERY CLEAN ROOMMATES ONLY for this home. This room is clean, in a very structured and organized home with excellent roommates. All roommates have professional jobs and or go to school so they are rarely home. We are looking for roommates who complement the current tenants, are good people, no drama, and clean. Very financially stable via either or a mix of your job that’s on the books, solid co-signer, high level of savings or other solid proof of financial strength – to be discussed.

If your credit is great and meets all other requirements, we can just take the 1st month with security deposit = the rent x 2. If you have issues with your financial status such as credit, savings, lengths of employment, etc, you may still qualify for our “rent credit option” plan to secure the room.
